You can request account deletion here even if you no longer have the app installed or cannot sign in.

2. We verify the account

We may ask for limited information needed to confirm that you control the account. We will not ask for your password, one-time code or recovery credentials.
요청자가 해당 계정을 실제로 관리하는지 확인하기 위해 필요한 최소한의 정보를 요청할 수 있습니다. 비밀번호, 일회용 인증코드, 복구 자격증명은 요구하지 않습니다.

After verification, we delete or de-identify account-linked personal information within 30 days, subject to the limited retention described below.
본인 확인 후 아래의 제한적인 보존 대상 외에는 계정 연결 개인정보를 30일 이내 삭제하거나 비식별화합니다.

We will confirm when the active-account deletion process is complete, unless we are legally prevented from doing so.
법률상 제한이 없는 한 활성 계정 삭제 처리가 완료되면 결과를 안내합니다.

- account and authentication identifiers;
- email address, profile details and profile image;
- saved posts, saved places, preferences and device notification tokens;
- account-role links and social/account relationships where no longer needed;
- user-created posts, comments, meetup and poll records, by deletion or removal of the link to your identity where appropriate.

Information that may be retained
제한적으로 보존될 수 있는 정보
- shared-message or community records that must remain to preserve conversation integrity, with account identifiers removed where practicable;
- safety, fraud, moderation and security records for up to 24 months, or longer if needed for an active investigation or legal dispute;
- records we are required to retain by law or court/regulatory order;
- protected backup copies until overwritten in the ordinary course, generally within 90 days.
- 대화 맥락 보존에 필요한 공유 메시지·커뮤니티 기록은 가능한 경우 계정 식별자를 제거한 상태로 제한적으로 보존
- 안전, 사기 방지, 운영, 보안 기록은 최대 24개월 보존할 수 있으며 진행 중인 조사·법적 분쟁이 있는 경우 필요한 기간 더 보존 가능
- 법률, 법원 또는 규제기관 명령에 따라 보존해야 하는 기록
- 통상적인 교체 주기까지 보호된 백업에 남아 있는 사본(일반적으로 90일 이내)
